Hi Chris,
Thanks for the quick fix.
As far as I understand your patch [1], you skip all debian/*.install files.
In my case, this is OK because I provide both source & destination dirs.

But, in some other cases, it might be relevant to emits
mentions-deprecated-usr-lib-perl5-directory if install file doesn't
provide destination dir, because in this case source dir becomes
destination dir.

Maybe a better fix would be to detect wether we have a space in the line
or not.

Mmm, I thought of this but as I am almost certain this error (ie.
installing something to the deprecated dir) is detected elsewhere in
Lintian, I did not believe parsing .install files would be a good
idea :)
