What happens if you manually (as root) execute /lib/systemd/systemd-rfkill Does this have any influence on your wifi connection? -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth? signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature

"something" is triggering rfkill block/unblock requests for your WiFi hardware and systemd-rfkill reacts on that. Can you provide a "udevadm monitor" log with systemd-rfkill masked and one without it being masked. Ideally mark in the log when the disconnects happen. -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth? signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature

The short version is, frequent disconnects using iwlfifi device: $ lspci -nnk | grep Shiloh 02:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 5100 AGN [Shiloh] Network Connection [8086:4237] ...seem to be fixed by masking systemd-rfkill service and target. FYI Thanks, bw

I don't see a systemd bug report here.
