Hello, I would like to commit to being the maintainer of the rpm package. I am new to Debian, but I understand the very basics of package maintenance, UNIX-like infrastructure, and C development. Please let me know what further actions need be taken; I suppose that upon preliminary approval, I would then have to find a team to sponsor me in maintaining this package.
