done. libspring-java has an RC issue, so if it gets removed, then
libuima-as-java gets removed as well. So somebody has to make sure that the RC
issues in libspring-java get resolved, or that libuima-as-java doesn't depend on
libspring-java anymore.

Lowering severity as libspring-jms-java is still built by
libspring-java (4.3.22-3). If newer developments show up, please
re-raise the severity.

Not sure if I read the package-pages correctly, but
https://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=libspring-jms-java=names=all=all
looks to me like libspring-jms-java is still (or again) available both in
buster and sid, so this bug is not a problem any more, right?
