Dear Maintainer,

functions.sh appears to be passing an incorrectly named variable for
private key 2's password.

functions.sh uses `private_key_passwd2` when the parameter is named
`private_key2_passwd`:

    > set_network 0 private_key_passwd2 "mypassword"
    FAIL
    > set_network 0 private_key2_passwd "mypassword"
    OK
    >


Bug appears to be present in version up to experimental. This patch
fixes the issue for 2:2.4-1+deb9u3:
