My guess is this is obviously not a Debian specific (packaging) issue
and is related to upstream changes betwen 5.0.2 and 5.1.2.

Would you mind to report this problem to the upstream tracker?

When printing with Kicad 5.1.2+dfsg1-1 the output is shifted to the right 
compare to the same with Kicad 5.0.2. This leads that the extrem right part is 
not printed.
