There's one dependency remaining before we can close this bug: logilab-common. I've been talking with Sandro in #933614, and it sounds like upstream has moved to Sphinx. So, as soon as Sandro has time to package up the new release and adjust his package for the new documentation format, we'll be able to close this removal bug.
