thanks! i just checked and the latest upstream release moved to
sphinx, so upgrading to that one is probably the best option; i'll get
to it in the next few days.

I have submitted a merge request with my proposed NMU changes:

https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/modules/logilab-common/merge_requests/1

These are the changes that I would like to upload sometime soon, once
you've had a chance to talk with upstream.

If upstream decides to convert away from epydoc and just needs some
time to complete that work, let's determine a timeline and we can plan
to merge my changes when the work is done.  If there's no particular
plan or timeline, then I would prefer to just make this change now.
Once alternative documentation exists (in whatever format that takes),
you can add it back into the package relatively easily.
