thanks for the tip! Indeed I did not know how to skip tests on a certain
architecture. I was looking for something like an architecture restriction for
tests. I forgot that tests can be made skippable with the magic exit code.

The good news though is, that I already modified the tests such that they
should also work on non amd64 architectures. We will see if I was successful on
my next upload. :)

You should fix the failure. If you don't want to spend time on making
the script work on non-amd64, than at least mark your test with the
"skippable" restriction and exit with exit code 77 on non-amd64. That
way the non-successful autopkgtest will be treated as a non-failure.
