The version at https://github.com/kevinburke/go-bindata seems to be the
most active, so I think that this should be the new upstream.

According to https://github.com/jteeuwen/discussions/issues/2, it's unclear if 
that's actually the "new upstream", or even maintained (there are also merges 
after this discussion). 

So while it's clear the upstream should be changed, the question is which 
upstream ?
