Bug#950856: fmtlib: Please upload source package to salsa.debian.org and set Vcs-*

Hi Eugene,

I second Michael's request for uploading fmtlib to Salsa.
I am working on Kodi 19.0 "Matrix" and fmtlib is one of its build dependencies.
I would like to get fmtlib uploaded to buster-backports but first I would like 
to package the latest tagged release 6.2.1.

To do that, Git repository is much more convenient then sending patches here 
and there across tge mailing lists.

It would make it easier to share my own contributions to this package as 
a pull request, like I would have done for 
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=953023
