Bug#952535: patroni: test failures on arm64 and others
Hello, > > I find it a bit hard to believe that arm64 is really an unsupported arch > for etcd these days? > > But anyhow, how do you do that for autopkgtest depends? unfortunately I don't really know, but this is making the test fail on arm64 now https://ci.debian.net/data/autopkgtest/testing/arm64/p/patroni/4738298/log.gz not sure why it never failed before, but we should for sure fix https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=952536 before giving this bug another spin. (this might be fixed or not, I don't honestly know!) Also, there seems to be an acceptance failure on arm64, this is why I marked the command2 test as flaky https://objectstorage.prodstack4-5.canonical.com/v1/AUTH_77e2ada1e7a84929a74ba3b87153c0ac/autopkgtest-focal/focal/arm64/p/patroni/20200330_090948_052b5@/log.gz Gianfranco > > > Michael > -- > Michael Banck > Projektleiter / Senior Berater > Tel.: +49 2166 9901-171 > Fax: +49 2166 9901-100 > Email: michael.ba...@credativ.de > > credativ GmbH, HRB Mönchengladbach 12080 > USt-ID-Nummer: DE204566209 > Trompeterallee 108, 41189 Mönchengladbach > Geschäftsführung: Dr. Michael Meskes, Jörg Folz, Sascha Heuer > > Unser Umgang mit personenbezogenen Daten unterliegt > folgenden Bestimmungen: https://www.credativ.de/datenschutz > > >

It seems patroni tested fine on arm64 a while ago: https://ci.debian.net/data/packages/testing/arm64/p/patroni/4139544.log > or maybe export ETCD_UNSUPPORTED_ARCH on the unsupported > architectures? I find it a bit hard to believe that arm64 is really an unsupported arch for etcd these days? But anyhow, how do you do that for autopkgtest depends? Source: patroni Version: 1.6.3-2 Severity: serious Hello, looks like your package depends on etcd, but that package is not working everywhere (even if built, I'll open an RC later today) Can you please have a look, such as marking the test as flaky, restricting on amd64 and ppc64el, or maybe export ETCD_UNSUPPORTED_ARCH on the unsupported architectures? Sorry, I can't really provide a better patch, since I know nothing about the package. I'll open the RC against etcd now, and mark this package as affected. Gianfranco
