Bug#958100: fixed in dnsmasq 2.81-2

Why didn't you apply the changes to the debian/control file that I proposed as well? pkg-config is needed to build the package, it was also needed before my patch, so adding it to the build-dependencies is necessary. Packages using pkg-config should BD on it and not rely on other -dev packages to pull it IMVHO. Regarding the build-dependency on libbsd-dev, it is only needed on kfreebsd, not hurd, that's why I changed the architecture from !linux-any to kfreebsd-any Kind regards, Laurent Bigonville Argh.
