It's not, that's the result of a quite complex merge, apparently I
missed that.  It should be suggesting scribus-doc.

(I know scribus-doc is not updated to 1.5 yet, that one is on my todo.)

scribus suggests scribus-ng-doc. This doesn't seem right and the matching
1.5.* version is only in experimental. scribus-doc isn't 1.5.* however.

Seeing that the documentation is non-free I'm no longer pursuing it, but
I would appreciate knowing whether this is deliberate.
