Aka itk::Directory::GetNumberOfFiles().

otb may need to be rebuilt for recent changes in insighttoolkit4, but
for that it will first need to built successfully with gcc-10. (#957653)

otb is no longer in testing due to that, so don't expect it to work in
unstable either until that is resolved.
