Dear Maintainer, firefox-esr-l10n-fi Recommends xul-ext-mozvoikko but that packages doesn't exist, it was removed from unstable in 2018. The last time it was shipped in stable, is jessie in 2012. Please remove this recommends from the package. It probably even should be recommends, but suggest in the first place, but that is not important.
