numba autopkg tests fail (triggered by gcc-10), and blocking gcc-10 migration.
Looking at the test log, the compiler isn't used for the autopkg tests, so this
is most likely an issue with numba.

That test was run against numba 0.50.1-2, and 0.51.2-1 migrated to
testing today.
It seems to be passing now.
