cvs participates in dependency loops relevant to architecture bootstrap. Instead of looking into such a difficult problem, I used reproducible builds to look for easily droppable dependencies. It turns out that a regular build of cvs exactly reproduces the binary artifacts of a build with the attached patch applied (without d/changelog). Comparing the build logs does not reveal skipped tests or like that. As such the reduction seems safe: * Drop bsdmainutils. * Drop procps. * Reduce texlive-{fonts,latex}-recommended to texlive-base.
