Hi,

Firstly thanks for looking at the package.

I've updated the copyright file (MIT), and fixed the swig build error.
I've checked the build under cowbuild, and it works OK now. This was a
missed build-depend as I already have swig installed.

The copyright file misses at least Expat-licensed data/naturalAbundance.xml
(Copyright (c) 2007, 2008 Metamolecular, LLC).

Building fails with:
CMake Error at 
/usr/share/cmake-3.18/Modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:165 (message):
  Could NOT find SWIG (missing: SWIG_EXECUTABLE SWIG_DIR)
