You will need to file an unblock bug, but I believe you already did.

I believe that the bug is fixed with the newly uploaded release
3.35.2-3.

What should I do next to allow clonezilla to be included in bullseye ?
Is the upload enough or must I make some other acknowledgement, or send some
e-mail ?

I believe packages are not allowed to install stuff into /opt. 
If they are, this should be a normal file install, and not a
postinst hack.

Simply tried to install clonezilla via apt on a working bullseye system.

Error on install:

oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden
dpkg: Fehler beim Bearbeiten des Paketes clonezilla (--configure):
 »installiertes clonezilla-Skript des Paketes post-installation«-Unterprozess 
gab den Fehlerwert 1 zurück
Trigger für man-db (2.9.4-2) werden verarbeitet ...
Fehler traten auf beim Bearbeiten von:
 clonezilla
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Clean install.
