Cood catch, Praveen!

node-eslint-plugin-eslint-plugin 2.3.0+~0.3.0-3 was just now released
targeted Debian unstable, dropping the build-dependency on node-escope
(by cherry-picking upstream change to move to eslint-escope).

When node-eslint-plugin-eslint-plugin 2.3.0+~0.3.0-3 reached Debian
testing, node-escope should be possible to drop from Debian unstable.
