Hi Norbert,

Are you saying you consider this to be orphaned?

Thanks,

I would recommend this:
https://github.com/abraunegg/onedrive/blob/master/docs/ubuntu-package-install.md#distribution-package-install-instructions

Up to date packages for Debian stable/testing/unstable, Ubuntu.

Best

Norbert

Raising severity because of the unusable state.

2021-12-08 Thread Kovács Tamás

Dear Maintainer,

I see there is onedrive 2.4.13-1 is in testing.

At the moment, that version is also unusable because of a recent change
in OneDrive.

Please update this package to the latest 2.4.14 (at the moment) version.

I would even consider dropping this package from the Debian repos
completely, since it can be installed from a mostly up-to-date ppa repo.
It is pointless to keep an old and useless version in the main repos.

Dear maintainers ,

Current version of onedrive (2.4.10-1) has many bugs and it is pretty much
unusable. Please update to the latest version (2.4.13).

Additionally , even its dev can't and won't support this version as it is
mention here -> https://github.com/abraunegg/onedrive/issues/1462.

Thank you for your time.

Dear Maintainer,

As the title suggests, please update to the latest version (2.4.11 at the time
of writing). I am having a serious issue with 502 and 504 errors when using the
app. I have reported it to the project's github repo, asking for help, and they
said they only provide support for the latest version and simply closed AND
LOCKED my issue!

I know that debian is under freeze and that the new version was released at
that period too, so I can wait and use a web browser for my onedrive transfers
until the freeze is over.
On the other hand, if only the latest version is supported by upstream, maybe
the package is not suitable for the stable versions of debian (lack of security
updates and lack of support too).

Thank you in advance.
