Bug#769947: mate-terminal: Segfaults after update

Hi Mike

I built the package using the provided debian source and applying the patch 
referenced above in terminal.c and i can confirm that i dont get the error on 
trying to start a mate terminal.

Hi Alex

To confirm that I dont have either xmonad or marco installed.

I am probably an edge case in that I am running mate under E17 as my desktop 
environment.

If you like I can try and get the code and build it and see if it works.

Though it might be the wekeend before I can manage it.
