the problem is still there.
Actually I just realized that I didn't paste the first line of the
output which is:

/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/autokey/gtkapp.py:24: PyGIWarning: Gtk
was imported without specifying a version first. Use
gi.require_version('Gtk', '3.0') before import to ensure that the right
version gets loaded.
  from gi.repository import Gtk, Gdk, GObject, GLib

I am using the testing version of debian.
The installation is fine but autokey-gtk does not start at all.
The version in the repository is 0.90.1-1
The error lauching the application from the command-line is the following:
