Bug#1025765: Happens due to no longer having separate language versions?

Here's the output I get:

And then it just seems to wait.

When I go and look at
https://aus1.torproject.org/torbrowser/update_3/release/Linux_x86_64-gcc3/x/en-US
and then follow to the link to the blog at
https://blog.torproject.org/new-release-tor-browser-120 and then to the
distribution directory at https://dist.torproject.org/torbrowser/12.0/ (so
far so good),

I can see there is no *en-US* or other languages at all, just *ALL*, which
is probably why things are not working so well anymore.

Bug#905765: python3-django-prometheus: Doesn't work with the django in stable, new compatible upstream is available

Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

The version of python3-django-prometheus doesn't work with
python3-django in stable, because it relies on functions deprecated in
1.8 and removed in 1.10. There for python3-django-premetheus is only
useful for those stable users that have clearly older django version
that the one supplied in stable.

There is a new upstream version that should work fine with django 1.10.
