82838 Bug #782838 [udisks2] udisks2-inhibit mount move fails Marked Bug as done Still fails for me: root@cyberpower2:/home/njh# gparted mount: bad option. Note that moving a mount residing under a shared mount is unsupported. In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try dmesg | tail or so. root@cyberpower2:/home/njh# dmesg | tail gives: [423325.716300] systemd-fstab-generator[18284]: Mount point was is not a valid path, ignoring. -Nigel PS - "was is not" - what does that mean? Also the message doesn't say which mount point is not valid so you can't fix it. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-rc-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? If you downgrade back to 1:9.9.5.dfsg-4 dissapear? This sounds like #762838 If so, could you follow up there? #735190 was about "CVE-2014-0591: A Crafted Query Against an NSEC3-signed Zone Can Crash BIND". Bug#505446: mlocate always creates empty database
Adeodato Simó wrote: close 505446 thanks * Nigel Horne [Thu, 20 Nov 2008 16:03:40 +]: / /./ bind bind 0 /home /home bind bind 0 These lines in /etc/fstab are the culprit: you are bind-mounting / on top of /, and /home on top of /home. Since mlocate is configured to prune bind mounts (PRUNE_BIND_MOUNTS="yes" in updatedb.conf), and the root directory is a bind mount, *everything* gets prunned. I have no idea why would your system be doing such thing. You should investigate why those lines are there and/or remove them or, alternatively, set PRUNE_BIND_MOUNTS="no" in your updatedb.conf). Where should I start investigating. Debian installs a *lot* of software and I wouldn't even know where to begin. Hope this helps; in the meantime, I'm marking this bug as closed. Why? For possible targets try 'wodim --devices' or 'wodim -scanbus'. For possible transport specifiers try 'wodim dev=help'. Bug#477440: phpbb3: After install all I get is Sorry but this board is currently unavailable.
Package: phpbb3 Version: 3.0.1-1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable After doing "apt-get install phpbb3" I restarted apache2 as advised. Nothing says what to do next so I hunted and found in conf.d to point my browser to .../phpbb which I did. All I get is "Sorry but this board is currently unavailable.". No clues or hints on how to make it available. I click on "login" and am asked for a username and password, but none of the installation procedure asked me to enter them (it only asked me for the MySQL username/password). Not necessarily. 127.0.0.1 is the network loopback device, so *any* program on that machine which accesses the outside world via squid will show as 127.0.0.1 in the squid log, not just squid-prefetch as you imply. > >Brian > ( [EMAIL PROTECTED] ) -- Nigel Horne.
