rust-font-kit dev-depends on it, an example that loads fonts and shows some
information, showing a progress bar in the loading. Not really necessary there.

Other than that, nothing, yes.

Seeing the vast usage difference between it (27K dl/mo) and indicatif (1.4M
dl/mo), I also lean towards RM'ing it.

It has no reverse dependencies and is one of the last things keeping
rust-time-0.1 in Debian.

Not speaking for or against removal, but updating it to the latest
version would get rid of the dependency on time 0.1.
