I think Debian bug 1073480 is not a libzstd's bug but qt6-base's bug.

I think this bug is not a libzstd's bug but qt6-base's bug.

Please check this QTBUG.

The QTBUG said this bug was fixed in Qt 6.7.2, so update Qt to 6.7.2
will fixes the problem.

Or, back port QTBUG-119469 fix from git commits.

Arch Linux also have this bug.
