Subject: Remove __EXPORT keywords seems to work
Date: Wed, 12 Apr 2006 23:28:30 -0400

I've just remove __EXPORT keyword between class Pointer and it seems to
pass for sflphone compilation.
The __EXPORT keyword is not present in commoncpp2 from fedora package.
(1.3.23)

It seems it was added in version 1.3
ttp://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/gnutelephony/testing/commoncpp2/template/pointer.h
