Bug#362069: 7.0.11 still affected

I had fixed this problem by shuffling a few directories around, but
upgraded to 7.0.11 and it's back again!

It does seem to be running the main xsession this time though, since it
tries to run twm (which I don't have installed) and opens some xterms and
an xclock. All the standard stuff. But it's not running ~/.xsession
anymore. I'll investigate some more.

Ooops. I spoke too soon - it's not running /etc/X11/Xsession at all.
/usr/bin/startx doesn't mention Xsession, and neither does
/usr/lib/X11/xinit/xinitrc. I don't remember where the Xsession was
started with the older version
