Uploading 3.6-10 momentarily. I should probably try to find a new maintainer for ICU. I have no amd64 system to test on, and debian-admin has not installed prerequisites on pergolesi for me to be able to test there. I usually test my uploads very thoroughly, but I have no way to test this.
