Bug#483870: [fglrx-kernel-src] Build does not correctly detect kernel headers

2008-05-31 Thread Jason Graham
Package: fglrx-kernel-src
Version: 1:8-4-1
Severity: serious

--- Please enter the report below this line. ---
The build fails when trying to build the fglrx kernel module by running
make.sh, because the kernel path is not properly set to the kernel headers.
It is set to the kernel source directory and the required header files are not
present.

Ok thanks for the report.

I will look at your issue but I don't really understand what you are trying to
do. In particular, the recommended way to build the module is to invoke
module-assistant:
  module-assistant -t a-i fglrx
