Hi,

 # aptitude install okular
 Gives:
 
 The following packages have unmet dependencies:
   okular: Depends: libpoppler-qt4-3 which is a virtual package.
 
 [...]
   APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (1, 'experimental')

Unfortunately, you need unstable to use the experimental KDE 4 packages, as 
they are prepared on top of unstable. Testing is not enough, as you can see.
