I have openbabel 2.2.0-2+pb1 installed (which is a locally built version...) Then it is not exaclty a FTBFS problem, but: it would be nice fix openbabel if something is wrong and add back support for openbabel in kdeedu. I did not manage to get kdeedu finding openbabel so it is not building kalzium/libavogadro-kalzium kalzium/compoundviewer So it did not create the libraries and they are not installed in the package. hence this problem. A full build log would be very usefult to check this too. This persists even if I remove previous versions of kdeedu. It has nothing to do with the problem.
