Yep, just  tried it and it works.

 haskell-regex-base (0.93.1-3.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Rebuild against GHC 6.10.
  * NMU with permission of maintainer.

Works for me, at least on Debian/unstable of today, amd64 architecture.

The package doesn't install because it is compiled against ghc-6.8.2 and
debian unstable has ghc-6.10.1.

Trying to  install in a sid chroot results in:
