This is a duplicate of #549853, which is fixed in Git and whose upload
is pending.

avoiding reporting bugs which have already been reported and, possibly,
adding to them the info you have on the cause of the problem.

Current ocaml-theora can not build.
Because dh-ocaml 0.9 removed the symbolic link of ocaml.mk.
