Greetings! Does this address your concerns?
Take care,

Hi,
We checked the DNS and found that the zone was missing the redundant DNS
servers. So we have added them and reloaded the zone for your domain. What
might have happened is that in a high load scenario if the 1
admin.eticomm.net became unavailable, and there was no other name server to
go to, then the request could timeout. With the redundant name servers added
in now, if one doesn't answer in time, then it will automatically go to the
2nd and 3rd and so on.
Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Hi Camm,
We were under the impression that the question was answered.
Also, we replied to c...@maguirefamily.org and it was
delivered. So is it not working again?
Also, DNS is fine since mail is being delivered to your domain.

Subject: DNS setup
Greetings! Just checking -- did you receive my last email
regarding a
possible error in the dns setup for my domain? I'd most appreciate
your feedback on whether or not the existing setup satisfies all the
DNS 'glue' rules, esp. as regards mail delivery.
Thanks!
