Hi, I also encouter this bug. Same problem here. I just updated to 0.9.31-1, but still i I can only save in gif, jpeg, png and pnm formats. PDF does not work with any compression format This is a problem with one of the dependencies, and affects Maverick too, but not Lucid: https://bugs.launchpad.net/debian/+source/gscan2pdf/+bug/608695 Can someone test this with squeeze? Also, please start gscan2pdf with the --debug option, reproduce the problem, quit, and post the output from the command line. After I typed a filename and clicked 'Save', the program just returns to the dialog box asking me for page range, image type, and metadata.
