ATM it looks like it would be best to wait a little longer before
replacing the KDE package. But at least it can be done at any point now

I am hoping to file the removal bug of kdelibs3 in the next two weeks,
at this moment there are ~20 packages left. So please, upload the KDE4
version to experimental if you think it is not ready for prime-time and
file the removal of the KDE3 ports. Users interested in the KDE3 port
will be still able to fetch the latest package from squeeze, so it isn't
a big deal.
