The symlink is now provided by swig (as of 2.0.4-2). So I'd say znc should
Build-Dep on swig and not on swig2.0. And the same holds for libfann. Both build
fine with a Build-Dep on swig (>= 2.0.4-2).

I comfirmed on pbuilder/amd64.
And you can see this problem on buildlog of powerpcspe, sh4 and sparc64.
