 Dear Maintainer,
Whenever I try to start mpqc, whatever parameters I submit, mpqc 2.3.1-7
crashes with the same output to std.err:

Sorry! You were supposed to get help about:
 orte_init:startup:internal-failure
But I couldn't open the help file:
/usr/share/openmpi/help-orte-runtime: No such file or directory. Sorry!

[cohg:3330] Abort before MPI_INIT completed successfully; not able to
 guarantee
that all other processes were killed!

I tried it on this amd64/testing-system, on an amd64/sid-system, and on an
 i386
 /testing-system.

Is that in a chroot? openmpi-bin is known not to work in chroots, see
#494046.

Erm, can you try installing openmpi-bin, if you have that one not
installed, and let me know if that fixes it?

Thanks,
