Bug#690005: close bug 690005 ??

Why does this show as affecting 2.10.0-x?  The build logs appear to show 
all architectures now compiling (several then fail the test suite, but 
that's bug 722115).

I didn't close it via the changelog, but intentionally left it open,
because I only tried a build on amd64. That doesn't warrant closing an
FTBFS, IMO. And unsurprisingly, simgear still FTBFS...

[ As far as I know, the package counts as FTBFS even if the software
technically builds correctly, but doesn't pass tests. Thus I'm only
merging the two bugs, rather than closing one of them. ]
