FYI this message does appear during a normal build. You have to check
the test reports to know if this was expected or not.

No, I ran this build on a clean AWS EC2 instance.

I'll try again on this weekend using a different hardware.
If I can't reproduce it, I'll close this bug report.

Hi Miguel,

I'm not able to reproduce this failure.  Any chance that you already had
a copy of tomcat[67] running on the system where you were executing the
build?
