Hi,
during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'testing'.
It installed fine in 'testing', then the upgrade to 'sid' fails
because it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a
Breaks+Replaces relation.

The upload of pyfits-utils 1:3.3-4 finally turned this into a
transitional package, so update the Breaks+Replaces accordingly.
The ( 1:3.3-2) given in #782817 was wrong to start with :-(
