Now, with samtools 1.3.1-1 which entered the archive yesterday, the reproducibility build should work (as it did on the buildds). I have tightened the build-dependancy to libhts-dev >= 1.3.1, just in case: since we see that samtools 1.3 does not work with htslib 1.3.1, I worry that the converse will be true as well. Perhaps we also need htslib 1.3.1 to "Break" samtools < 1.3.1... I cloned this bug to address that issue. Have a nice day, -- Charles
