I'm happy to do so, I just didn't have any good ideas on which
information. :-)

Yes. This started to happen during the upgrade from 0.11-1 to 0.11-1+b1.
Also, in the mean time the problem fixed itself for whatever reason.
According to dpkg.loa, configuring the package failed 11 times [1] and
the twelth attempt was successful.
I have no idea what caused this problem and I can no longer reproduce.
