http://qpid.apache.org/releases/qpid-python-1.37.0/index.html states
that qpid python only supports Python 2 and

"NOTE: Look to Qpid Proton for Python 3 and AMQP 1.0 support."

Given that src:qpid-proton is packaged separately and that no
reverse deps exist for python-qpid, let's remove? (Along with
python-qpid-extras-qmf)
