Bug#954977: "Daily Limit Exceeded" connection error

2021-02-07 Thread Chris Hofstaedtler
Control: forwarded -1
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-online-accounts/-/issues/89
Control: severity -1 normal

This isn't a code bug, but a limitation of a proprietary service,
which we have no influence over. Given Evolution can be used with
other services and not just Gmail, it's certainly not gravely
broken.

Either upstream will request higher limits, or affected users could
try the workarounds suggested in the upstream issue tracker.

Bug#954977: "Daily Limit Exceeded" connection error

2020-03-30 Thread william l-k
Package: evolution
Version: 3.36.0-1
Followup-For: Bug #954977

This is happening to me daily in evolution. When it does I am unable to use
evolution email or calendar.

The message I'm getting is:

Daily Limit Exceeded. The quota will be reset at midnight Pacific Time (PT).
You may monitor your quota usage and adjust limits in the API Console:
https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/caldav.googleapis.com/quotas?project=44438659992

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help troubleshoot this.

Bug#954977: "Daily Limit Exceeded" connection error

2020-03-26 Thread jnqnfe
Package: evolution
Version: 3.36.0-1
Severity: grave

I am currently seeing the following error come up in evolution when
trying to connect to my gmail accounts. Presumably it is a knock on
effect of increased usage brought on by the lock down for COVID-19.

Someone needs to get the quota bumped up.

filing against evolution; apologies if it should have been against
gnome-online-accounts, i was not certain.
