The package looks unmaintained, and upstream dead. Popcon is at 4. There are no reverse dependencies. That makes me wonder if openlayer should be just removed. If you disagree, just close this bug, but please show the package some love. If you agree, reassign the bug to ftp.debian.org If there is no answer, I will reassing the bug in exactly 3 months to ftp.debian.org to make the RM happen. Cheers, -- tobi
