It doesn't even trigger autoremoval as long as the BTS thinks
the bug is not in testing.

Could you say a bit more about why you feel that all binary packages
from src:openafs should be subject to autoremoval when only the
functionality of openafs-modules-dkms and openafs-modules-source is
affected?
